You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login details safe.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot be responsible for losses caused by misuse of your credentials that is outside our control.

3. Third-Party Platforms (Including WhatsApp)

When you use our Services together with WhatsApp or any other third-party platform, you also need to follow their terms and policies.

If a third-party platform restricts, suspends, or terminates your account, we are not responsible for that decision.

We'll always try to guide you towards compliant and responsible use.

4. Plans, Fees, and Payments

• Some features are paid. Pricing, plans, and billing terms are shown on our website or in specific proposals/agreements.
• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes for your chosen plan.
• Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways, under their terms and security practices.
• Unless we clearly say otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

If we make changes to prices or plans, we'll inform you via our website or usual communication channels where required.

5. Customer Data and Content

You remain the owner of the content and data you upload, send, or manage via the Services ("Customer Data").

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Customer Data only to:

• Provide and improve the Services
• Maintain security, stability, and support
• Comply with legal obligations

You are responsible for:

• Having the necessary rights and permissions to use Customer Data with our Services
• Following data protection and communication laws (for example, getting consent to message your users)

8. Indemnity

You agree to take responsibility for your own use of the Services by indemnifying and holding TMLPL, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Any Customer Data or content you process through the Services.

We expect most customers will never need to think about this clause if they use Bitamin responsibly.

9. Term, Termination, and Data

These Terms apply while you use the Services.

You can stop using the Services or cancel your subscription through your account or as described in your agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you seriously breach these Terms, if the law requires, or if we decide to discontinue the Services.

After termination:

• Your access to the Services may be disabled;
• We may retain or delete your data according to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

Where feasible, we encourage you to export any important data before ending your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

If we ever have a serious disagreement we can't resolve informally, you agree that the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.

We always prefer to resolve issues in a cooperative and respectful manner before it reaches that stage.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, law, or business practices.

• We will post the updated Terms with a revised Effective Date.
• If you continue to use the Services after the new Effective Date, it means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Services.
